Pallet fork
engcon offers hydraulic and mechanical pallet forks for all excavators. A robust and cleverly engineered design for best visibility. Tempered forks assure long service life.
NOTE! Always check which safety instructions apply for use of a pallet fork on the type of machine being used. A check valve must be fitted to the tiltrotator if it is to be used with a pallet fork. engcon tiltrotators are fitted with load-holding valves in the tilt cylinders as standard equipment.
- The EC-Oil automatic Quick Coupler system connects the hydraulics without the operator needing to leave the cab.
- Operation of hydraulic pallet forks is done from within the cab.
- Mechanical hydraulic pallet forks are held in the correct position
with a robust latch and the position is adjusted manually. - Forged forks for increased durability and service life.
Lightweight
The lightweight pallet fork is available in two versions, one hydraulic and the other mechanical, able to handle loads of 2 tonnes TP500, meaning it is classified for a 2 tonne load 500 mm from the rear of the tines.

Profitability
Working with a tiltrotator saves time, cuts the fuel consumption, reduces the need for manpower and machine wear, and the precision of the manoeuvres makes you waste less material.
Safety
A tiltrotator also increases safety around the machine due to its high manoeuvrability and low space requirements. It significantly reduces the need for manual work, for instance the use of shovels and rakes.
Flexibility
The tiltrotator easily tilts and rotates attachments as required, regardless of the machine’s position. In addition to ordinary buckets, the machine can also be fitted with many different tools and replace several other machines at the same work site.
Environment
The reduced need to move the machine around means greatly reduced environmental impact by cutting fuel consumption and at the same time less damage to the ground. Since you can dig around obstacles and in narrow spaces, there’s less need to move obstructing objects.
Comfort
With a tiltrotator and EC-Oil system, the operator retains control and comfort in the working environment without leaving the cabin to attach hydraulic tools, which also increases safety.
