Yes. Where there are sales there is service as we ensure basic training for all of our dealers to handle simpler service requirements. Should more complicated issues occur, our sales outlet will seek the help of our own technicians.
engcon also has a service concept known as ESP – engcon Service Partner. We train our ESPs and provide them with the specialist knowledge they may need in more difficult cases. What's more, all of them always have a good range of spare parts on hand.
