The engcon control system is designed to enhance and complement our tiltrotators, quick couplers and attachments. And to enable the most efficient control, the safest operation and the greatest customer benefits while being integrated with the machine of your choice.
Our new proportional control system meets the high demands placed on a modern control system in terms of components such as hydraulics, electronics and software. Together with engcon's tiltrotators and tool attachments, our control system creates a better and safer working environment.
The app is now also available for iOS, which has been highly anticipated.

We still offer our 2nd generation control system. You can read more about it on our DC2 page.
Our ergonomically designed levers have been developed in close collaboration with a wide range of machine operators to ensure an optimal user experience. With up to four rollers and seven buttons per lever, depending on the configuration, they offer versatility and precision for different applications.
To maximize safety, our levers are equipped with dual switch monitoring, ensuring that they are only activated when it is safe to do so. In addition, hand supports are included as standard, reducing the strain on the user's hands and providing extra comfort during long working sessions.
Our products meet the requirements of the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC and EN ISO 13849-1, ensuring that they are in compliance with current safety standards and regulations.
To further customize and optimize the user experience, the levers can easily be retrofitted with optional features, providing flexibility and the ability to adapt to specific needs and preferences.
Standardized locking procedures reduce the risk of dangerous mistakes by creating a uniform and clear procedure for securing the implement. This significantly increases safety, especially when changing implements, thanks to the ground pressure sensor that prevents the bucket lock from opening when the bucket is hanging freely in the air. In addition, a visual and audible warning system helps to further increase safety by providing light and sound warnings when coupling.
The locking panel is designed with a "self-guidance" function where the correct button lights up, making it easy and intuitive for the user to operate. This standardizes operation regardless of the make or model of the excavator, reducing the risk of confusion or misuse.
This standardization applies to all engcon tiltrotators, regardless of which attachment is used. In addition, the system meets the requirements of standards for safe quick couplers, giving users the confidence to work with the highest safety standards.
Our sound and light module, in combination with our safe attachments, provides both visual and audible warnings if the shoe shafts are not correctly positioned and locked. Through the built-in sensor in both the quick coupler and the tiltrotator, clear warnings are obtained, which significantly improves safety on the work site.
Placed on the left side of the excavator's stick, the module is integrated into the control system's cabling, providing simple and easy installation. In addition, it comes standard with engcon quick couplers, ensuring that every user has access to this important safety feature.
Together with the chosen excavation system, ePS reduces the need for so-called traditional placement. Through a display in the cab, the operator sees the exact area to be excavated. This control that exactly the right amount of excavated material is excavated provides many benefits.
