engcon General Terms and Conditions

The following general terms and conditions shall apply for engcon’s sale of products and articles such as tiltrotators, attachments etc. and thereto related spare parts.

1. Incorporation of Maskin 21

The standard agreement Maskin 21 Pdf, 148.1 kB. shall apply unless otherwise stated below.

Maskin 21 shall apply even if the products/articles are not to be used in Sweden. The purchaser’s purchase of an article/product by accepting an offer or by issuing an order constitutes a written agreement pursuant to Clause 1 of Maskin 21.

2. Articles/products incorrectly ordered by the purchaser etc.

If a purchaser has ordered a wrong article/product or for any other reason wants to return an article/product, the following applies:

  • The request to return the article/product in question must be communicated in writing to engcon within 14 days after receipt of the shipment and be approved by engcon prior to the return shipment of the article/product in question.
  • A copy of the delivery note or invoice where the order number is clearly visible must be attached to the article/product in question.
  • The right to return does not apply if the article/product in question has been used, damaged or if the packaging has been broken or if the article/product in question has been modified in any other way.
  • Spare part(s) with an individual value under 130 CAD cannot be returned.
  • An administration fee of 65 CAD and a fee of 20% on the gross price of the article/product in question will be charged to the purchaser.

3. Articles/products incorrectly delivered by engcon

If a purchaser has received the wrong article/product in its shipment, the following shall apply:

  • The request to return the article/product in question must be communicated in writing to within 14 days after the purchaser’s receipt of the shipment.
  • engcon will cover all shipping costs if engcon have sent the wrong article/product.
  • If the request to return the article/product in question is communicated later than 14 days after the purchaser’s receipt of the shipment, engcon reserves the right to deny the request for return.

5. Transport damage

The purchaser shall immediately upon receipt of a shipment visually inspect the shipment for signs of transport damages. Should such damage be visible, the purchaser shall immediately report the damage directly to the post office or carrier (such as DHL/Schenker) which have delivered the shipment in accordance with such transporter’s guidelines. Purchaser shall also immediately inform engcon of the incident.
