World-leading tiltrotator manufacturer Engcon not only dominates the worldwide distributor market in sales, but also in social media presence. Engcon announced today that the company just topped 100,000 followers on its various social media channels – more than three times the number of its closest competitor.

A tiltrotator is a kind of tilting and rotating quick coupler for excavators. Social media has become an important meeting place for many of Engcon's construction industry customers and users.

"For us, it's imperative to be where our customers are. Social media facilitates interaction and is therefore a completely natural place for us. Our followers want to know the latest, see interesting things and get answers to their questions. We work hard to give them what they want,” says Sten Strömgren, Communications Manager at Engcon.

Engcon currently has 11 Facebook accounts (which vary slightly by countries in which the company operates), two Twitter accounts, six Instagram accounts, a Youtube account and a Linkedin account.

"Although social media has become an important contact area with our customers, we also want to emphasize that our website remains important in our communication. There we display all our products with technical data, news, press releases, contact information and much more,” says Sten Strömgren.
