Engcon has two packed stands at this year's Plantworx (one dedicated to machine demonstrations, the other stuffed with new products) and some amazing show offers.
Divided into separate areas, the demonstration stand will replicate the demands of different construction sites and applications and the team will show how a tiltrotator's versatility and efficiency conquers each. Taking part in the demonstrations will be a JCB Hydradig, complete with an Engcon EC209 tiltrotator and joystick steering control – an industry-first when Engcon developed it over a year ago.
New products and services for the UK Market
Responding to increasing demand from owners of mini diggers, Engcon has developed an entry-level tiltrotator package that includes a fully installed EC02 (for 1.5 - 2.5 tonne machines), together with 3 buckets - visit the stand to find out more.
Engcon will, in addition, be rolling out the NPORS tiltrotator safety awareness scheme. With over fifteen fully-trained NPORS instructors based across the UK, the course builds an awareness of tiltrotator safety and the changes in digging practices that are implicit in owning an Engcon. Whilst the course is free to all new Engcon tiltrotator owners, it has been designed – with the help and input of experienced UK owner-operators – to cater for all makes and models of tiltrotators and Engcon will be continuing to support the scheme during 2017.
Also on the stand will be a brand-new range of digging buckets, developed specifically for the UK market. In traditional Imperial sizes from 1’ through to 4’, the buckets will also be available with the Q-Safe hitch as a stand-alone solution promoting the benefits of the Scandinavian symmetrical S-type hitch and top bracket system. As well as other models from Engcon’s tiltrotator range, the all-new second generation EC233 will be on view, designed for excavators up to 33 tonnes. To help with product selection several well-known UK owner-operators will be on hand to share their experiences of investing in an Engcon system.
At Plantworx, Engcon will also have completed the appointment of a nationwide network of fully trained Engcon Service Partners (ESPs). Giving a full coverage of both the UK and Ireland, the ESPs have gone through a rigorous training scheme, both in Sweden and in Engcon’s new Sales and Service centre in Tewkesbury and carry a full range of spares and fittings to support Engcon owner-operators in the field.
And that's not all! The stand will also be home the latest range of Engcon merchandise, some great competitions and a hog roast for pre-registered guests.
