Register your engcon product and get an even better service

In order for us at engcon to be able to give you the customer an even better service, we are offering you the opportunity to register one or more of our products. When you have done so, we will be able to direct our information to you in a better way.

If, for example, a service advisory notice goes out for a specific product, we will be able to reach the users directly. And when important product updates or other news comes up, you will get to know about it straight away.

You also can choose to join our customer panel, where we together with you have a running dialogue about product improvements. No-one knows better how good products should be than those who actually use them.

From time to time we will also be inviting those of you who choose to take part in our customer panel to test drive any new products we need to carry out field tests on.

Service & maintenance prolongs service life and increases value

All in all, our own and the automotive industry’s experience provides an unambiguous answer to the question of service and maintenance.

A product that is cared for according to the instructions and is serviced regularly gives better all-round economy with fewer breakdowns, higher efficiency, and greater customer satisfaction, and the products sell for higher prices in the second-hand market.

In the same way as vehicle and machine suppliers, we have put together a service plan that will give you a product with full functionality for many years to come.

Registration of service carried out is stored in our database and if you for example wish to sell the product and do not have records or other service documentation saved, you can always contact us and we will help you find it. The same applies if you are planning to purchase a pre-owned engcon tiltrotator. We can easily check to see if the tiltrotator has been serviced and cared for according to our instructions – a system that creates security for anyone who owns an engcon tiltrotator.

How do I register?

  1. Please complete the form below. If you have any more products that you would like to register, simply repeat the procedure after you have successfully completed the first registration. Your personal details will have already been pre-entered to speed up subsequent registrations.
  2. You must have the tiltrotator serviced within 500 hours or three month’s from date of purchase, whichever comes first. This service must be in accordance with the service schedule published on the Engcon website (see pdf ) and must be completed by an authorised Engcon Service Partner (ESP).
  3. You must ensure regular maintenance according to the instruction book.
  4. You must order a service carried out by an ESP within one year or 2,000 hours, whichever occurs first.

All costs for service and any spare parts or replacement of worn parts that arise in connection with the above are to be paid by the owner or end-user.

In the case of parts that are covered by a warranty, this must be reported to your engcon dealer, who will deal with the matter.
